Be Nimble is the steward of talent and the architect of economic empowerment for Black and brown communities.
Creativity and ingenuity are the lifeblood of the business world. Be Nimble exists to facilitate an environment in which Black and brown creatives, entrepreneurs, and aspirants thrive, equipping them to build an economy that values their contributions and benefits their communities.

With support from incredible partners, Be Nimble awarded $895K in capital to founders of color across programs.
The Nile
Fund
Be Nimble funded 18 Black and Lantinx Entrepreneurs through the Nile Fund. We support founders attending their first trade shows, execute monumental partnerships, expand their product line-up, hire staff, and increase their marketing.
Trained 290 Professionals
In 2023, we kicked off our inaugural apprenticeship cohort. Unemployed, underemployed, & transitioning students went through a 12 week upskilling program, completing certificates and then were placed in paid positions with Accelerator companies.

With of Sixty8 Capital and our Partners, Be Nimble funded many Black and LatinX companies in the Indianapolis area.
Served 1,452 Volunteer Hours
We welcomed 70+ volunteers to our annual events. Thank you to our village for showing up and showing out. We’re excited for all the work that we get to do together this year.
