Economic mobility is a basic need.
The City of Indianapolis is projected to take 240+ years to close the racial wealth gap between Black and White residents (McKinsey, 2024). We use entrepreneurship and upskilling programs as the vehicle to ensure the Black and Latinx community in Central Indiana are thriving in their pursuit for economic freedom today and tomorrow.
