We believe Black people deserve investment, because economic freedom is a human right. The City of Indianapolis is projected to take 240+ years to close the racial wealth gap between Black and White residents (McKinsey, 2024).
Our workforce development programs up-skill unemployed, underemployed, and career transitioners, to help them secure high paying jobs in the technology sector. Our entrepreneurship accelerators, pitch competitions and workshops help entrepreneurs launch, scale, and fundraise for their start-ups.
